ISHM Office Staff

Larry Curtis, CSHM. Larry has been the Executive Director of ISHM since July of 2007. His first priority was to grow the organization. Larry spearheaded the initiative to get the Certified Safety and Health Manager (CSHM) certification accredited. This was accomplished in February of 2009. Since that time the organization has enjoyed steady growth. Prior to ISHM, Larry was founder and manager of Construction Risk and Safety Management associates a Risk Management Consulting business established in 2003. Larry started this business after several years as a senior Risk Specialist with a major insurance company which he joined after many years as a project safety manager for a large construction company in the southeast US. Larry and his wife Joyce, enjoy working with their horses and travelling.
Joyce Curtis, Office Manager Joyce has been the ISHM Office Manager since July of 2007. She brings many years of office management experience to the ISHM team. She has also worked in banking and is exceptionally talented at keeping track of multiple financial transactions. Her years of office and management experience make her a valuable member of our staff.
