ISHM Fees and Dues
To pay application and renewal fees listed below, you may send your payment to ISHM via email, fax 877-428-4401, or phone (877-201-4053). A weblink is available on all invoices that allows on-line payment. All amounts are U.S. dollars.

ISHM has two billing cycles for renewal fees.
If you earn your ASHM or CSHM designation between October 1 and March 30 your renewal cycle will begin on the following October 1. If you earn your ASHM or CSHM designation between April 1 and September 30 your billing cycle will begin on the following April 1.
