CSHM Accreditation

The Certified Safety and Health Manger (CSHM) is accredited by the Council on Engineering and Scientific Specialty Boards (CESB).

The Council of Engineering and Scientific Specialty Boards (CESB) is a self-sustaining, independent body which accredits certification programs organized and operated consistent with sound credentialing practices tailored to the needs of engineering and technology specialties.

The Institute for Safety and Health Management (ISHM) is the credentialing organization which administers the CSHM to recognize safety and risk management professionals who, through demonstrated professional experience and the passing of a comprehensive exam, have met ISHM's requirements for mastering the safety management body of knowledge.
